Announcement: The deadline for announcing the winners has been postponed to Tuesday, April 14.
The Pitching Session at ARKA Youth Center has been successfully completed as part of the project “Women Microenterprise Development in the Cross-Border Area.”
A total of 12 women, out of 18 applicants with business ideas who qualified for the second phase after completing 16 intensive training sessions, presented their business plans before the Evaluation Committee. This process marks an important step toward supporting women’s entrepreneurship in the cross-border area.

📌 The activity was carried out the project “Women Microenterprise Development in the Cross-Border Area,” co-funded by the IPA CBC Montenegro–Albania Programme 2014–2020, under the fourth call for proposals.
The project is implemented in partnership by the Municipality of Ulcinj, MOGUL, and CODE Partners.
