Jorida Tabaku was the next guest in the NEXTGEN LEADERS | AcademyTalks #2 series, at a meeting held at ARKA Youth Center on the topic “Meritocracy vs. the System: How to Build a Career Without Compromise in Albania.”
The discussion was moderated by Marjan Lukani and addressed key issues such as the role of meritocracy in a challenging system, dealing with obstacles and compromises, new leadership and civic responsibility, as well as the importance of networking as a real opportunity for development.
Participants had the opportunity to engage directly with Ms. Tabaku, sharing ideas and experiences in a unique and constructive atmosphere.
