At the Arka Youth Centre, the latest meeting was held focusing on developing skills in marketing and digital communication for women entrepreneurs. The training was led by Kamela Kondili, an expert in marketing and digital skills, who presented practical tools and techniques for effectively promoting businesses and products. During the activity, participants learned about building a communication strategy, the importance of online presence, and using digital platforms to expand their market reach.
The goal of the training was to strengthen the capacities of women and girls in the field of marketing, as well as to encourage their economic independence and competitiveness.
This activity was organized within the joint project “Women Microenterprise Development in the Cross-Border Area,” co-financed by the IPA CBC Montenegro–Albania Programme 2014–2020, and implemented in partnership with the Municipality of Ulcinj, the organization MOGUL, and CODE Partners.
