Another training session for women entrepreneurs was recently held at the Arka Youth Center, led by marketing and digital skills expert Kamela Kondili.
The focus of this session was on promotion and marketing techniques, teaching women and girls how to effectively promote their work and businesses.
The project aims to encourage new initiatives by women and strengthen their role in local economic development through practical trainings, collaboration, and cross-border exchange of experiences.
The activity was organized within the framework of the joint project “Women Microenterprise Development in the Cross-Border Area,” co-financed by the IPA CBC Montenegro–Albania 2014–2020 Programme. The project is being implemented in partnership by the Municipality of Ulcinj, the organization MOGUL, and CODE Partners.
