Shkodra n’ Fest was a month-long holiday festival acting as an economic driver that was produced by ARKA in partnership with the Bashkia Shkoder and area from 2016 – 2019. The festival showcases famous Albanian and Balkan bands, and offers a tourism destination with entertainment, food and drink. Dozens of youth volunteered on the festival.
