Biebrich Youth Centre/ARKA Youth Centre Exchange coordinated by Wiesbaden Municipality in Germany.

It started in July/August 2021 with the first exchange visit of the 12 young people and 3 youth workers form Wiesbaden Germany in Shkodra. 12 Shkodra young people were selected form Arka Youth Council to participate in 12 days of activities:  workshops dealing with climate change; cultural exchange, tours to discover Shkodra area and Tirana etc.

The next was carried on July/ August 2022 visit of the 12 young people and 3 youth workers from Albania to Wiesbaden. This is a continues project that will last 7 years with the respective annually exchange visits.
