Another session was held as part of NextGen Leaders – Youth Leadership Academy.
At the ARKA Youth Center, lecturer Arjeta Troshani presented on the topic:
“Team Leadership and Empowering Others.”
During the session, participants discussed building and managing effective teams, the role of leaders in motivating colleagues, and the importance of empowering individuals to achieve sustainable results.
The activity was conducted within the framework of the “NextGen Leaders” project, funded by The Nando and Elsa Peretti Foundation, and implemented by the ARKA Youth Center in partnership with CODE Partners, with the support of institutional partners.
