- The Leadership Academy aims at improving the capacity and encouraging young people’s aspirations so that younger generations contribute to their local community and benefit from a more stable, democratic, and richer Shkodra Municipality. Encouraging leadership, civic engagement, and youth participation of Shkodra Municipality in politics and public life, young people can contribute to society by providing development and peace. Emphasizing the importance of the role of youth and promoting the civic engagement of young people is of fundamental importance for the socio-economic development of the community.
- More than 300 young people have attended the Youth Leadership Academy from 2018. The first edition was founded by IADSA Program, second edition was funded by USAID and the third edition is funded by Rondine. The academy is divided in two main sessions: the first session is composed by 8 module /days and the second session is composed by 12 Academy talks with Albanian keynote speakers including ministers of Albanian Government, Shkodra Mayor, Ambassadors in Albania and international organizations country directors.
- Design of the Strategic priorities for youth development in Shkodra Municipality and three policies on: 1. Accessibility; 2. Development of the guide: how to advocate for a community cause; 3: Culture Priorities
- Rock Politic – Debate between youth and politicians related youth problems.
- Youth Activism Marathon – youth changemakers from 10 Shkodra High Schools compete with their ideas on community issues tackling.
