As part of NextGen Leaders – Youth Leadership Academy, we held the latest session with expert Anjeza Kelmendi on the topic: “Adaptive & Change Leadership”.
The participating youth discussed the challenges of leadership in times of uncertainty and transformation, gaining practical skills to drive change and foster innovation in their communities.

The activity was conducted within the NextGen Leaders project, funded by The Nando and Elsa Peretti Foundation, and implemented by ARKA Youth Centre in partnership with CODE Partners, with the support of institutional partners.
