The creation of the public youth center in Shkodra Municipality, the first public center was the main output of this project. CODE Partners was a partner of Shkodra Municipality together with IPSIA and Municipality of Trieste  had the responsibility for project writing and during the implementation was responsible for youth center program coordination.
