We held the first meeting of the Leadership Academy at the ARKA Youth Center, organized within the framework of the NextGen Leaders: Leadership & Entrepreneurship Development Program. Young participants had the opportunity to learn from expert Edlira Çepani about Effective Leadership and the path toward high performance.
