Small Businesses, Big Steps – Women Redefining Local Development

As part of the project “Women Microenterprise Development in the Cross-Border Area”, a follow-up meeting with women entrepreneurs was held at the ARKA Youth Center, under the guidance of expert Rozafa Zmijani.
The focus of this session was the creation and development of a small business — an important step toward the economic empowerment of women.

This project aims to encourage new women-led initiatives by strengthening their role in local economic development through practical training, collaboration, and cross-border exchange of experiences.

The activity was organized within the framework of the joint project “Women Microenterprise Development in the Cross-Border Area”, co-financed by the IPA CBC Montenegro–Albania Programme 2014–2020, under the Fourth Call for Proposals, and implemented in partnership by the Municipality of Ulcinj, MOGUL organization, and CODE Partners.
