🌟 NextGen Leaders – Youth Leadership Academy
The latest session of the “NextGen Leaders” program was held at ARKA Youth Centre, where young participants had the opportunity to attend an inspiring session with Alminda Mema, focused on the topic: “Diversity, Inclusion, and Cultural Intelligence.”
During the activity, participants explored the importance of building inclusive environments, strengthening collaboration across different cultures, and understanding the role of conscious leadership in both community engagement and professional development. The session also included interactive games and practical exercises, encouraging young people to work together and find solutions through teamwork.
✨ The activity was organized within the framework of the “NextGen Leaders” project, funded by The Nando and Elsa Peretti Foundation, and implemented by ARKA Youth Centre in partnership with CODE Partners, with the support of institutional partners.
