Phase Two Launched – Business Plan Development
Project: Women Entrepreneurship Development in the Cross-Border Area Shkodër–Ulcinj
Yesterday, we held the information session with the winners of the First Phase of Business Ideas, officially marking the start of Phase Two of our program – the mentoring process and the development of Business Plans.
During the meeting, participants were introduced to the expert who will mentor the women throughout the business plan drafting process, Ms. Kozeta Jana. She presented the structure, concrete steps, and working approach that will guide the preparation of business plans in the coming weeks. The methodology of individual mentoring, the work plan, and the key deadlines of this important phase were also discussed.
This marks a decisive step toward transforming ideas into structured and sustainable business plans. 💼📈
