📍 The latest session of the NextGen Leaders – Youth Leadership Academy was successfully held, featuring lecturer and expert Valbona Karakaçi, who shared insights and experiences with young participants on the topic: “Strategic and Systems Thinking in Leadership.”
During the training, participants had the opportunity to explore how future leaders should think beyond immediate situations, analyze systems, connections, and the long-term consequences of their decisions. 🧠
This session helped young people to:

✨ understand the importance of strategic thinking in every leadership role
✨ lead with structured logic, not only with intuition
