COMPLICITIES – Artistic residencies for 75 artists from Albania, Montenegro, and Italy, fostering contemporary art and urban innovation.

1. The COntemporary art Modeling Peripheries for LIvable CITIES COMPLICITIES (Funded by INTERREG IPA ALBANIA MONTENEGRO ITALY)
2. The COntemporary art Modeling Peripheries for LIvable CITIES – COMPLICITIES project was proposed by a consortium composed by 3 project partners” JP Kulturni Centar Bar – Montenegro, CODE Partners – Albania, Municipality of Lecce – Italy and 1 associated partner University of Salento – Italy. COMPLICITIES considers the Area’s suburbs as places for innovation, to be activated by Culture and Creative Industries involvement and interaction with human capital.
3. Artistic residencies for 75 artists (25 from each country) in 5 mediums as music, photography visual arts, dance and theatre in each country.
4. Realization of the masterclasses and concert with the well-known Albanian piano Robert Bisha.
