As part of NextGen Leaders – the Youth Leadership Academy, we had the pleasure of hosting one of Albania’s most recognized voices in media and public analysis, Lutfi Dervishi. The discussion focused on the role of modern media in shaping leadership and critical thinking among young people.
Participants had the opportunity to reflect on the challenges and opportunities brought by the digital age, as well as how media influences decision-making, communication, and civic engagement. It was an important step toward building conscious and active young leaders.
