As part of the NextGen Leaders – Youth Leadership Academy, we held our latest session with expert Anjeza Kelmendi on the topic: “Adaptive & Change Leadership.”
Young participants engaged in meaningful discussions about the challenges of leadership in times of uncertainty and transformation, gaining practical skills to drive change and foster innovation within their communities.

🔹 Resistance to Change and strategies to manage it
🔹 Innovation as a continuous process
🔹 Mobilizing people for real and sustainable transformation
This activity was organized within the framework of the “NextGen Leaders” project, funded by The Nando and Elsa Peretti Foundation, and implemented by ARKA Youth Centre in partnership with CODE Partners, with the support of institutional partners.
