In the city of Ulcinj, Montenegro, a joint conference was held to launch the project: “Development of Women’s Enterprises in the Cross-Border Area of Albania – Montenegro”!
The participants were introduced in detail to the activities of this project, which takes an important step towards the economic empowerment of women in Albania and Montenegro, creating new opportunities for development and financial independence.
The project “Women Microenterprise Development in the Cross-Border Area” is co-financed by the IPA CBC Montenegro – Albania Program 2014-2020, and is implemented by the Municipality of Ulcinj, MoGul, and CODE Partners/Youth Center Arka Shkoder.
