Women Entrepreneurs Begin Training at the ARKA Youth Center with Energy and Vision

The first two days of training at the ARKA Youth Center for women entrepreneurs, held within the framework of the project “Women Microenterprise Development in the Cross-Border Area,” created an atmosphere full of collaboration and motivation.

Under the guidance of Anjeza Kelmendi, a professional with over 20 years of experience in human resource development and managerial capacity building, participants enhanced their skills in communication, decision-making, and problem-solving, gaining confidence and practical tools for developing their business ideas.

Their energy and dedication were truly inspiring, turning this training into an important first step toward success in entrepreneurship.

This activity is supported by the project “Women Microenterprise Development in the Cross-Border Area”, co-financed by the IPA CBC Montenegro – Albania 2014–2020 Programme, under the fourth call for proposals, and is implemented by the Municipality of Ulcinj, Mogul, and CODE Partners.
