Final Training Session Held with Women Entrepreneurs at Arka Youth Centre

The final meeting with women entrepreneurs was held at the Arka Youth Centre, within the framework of the project “Women Microenterprise Development in the Cross-Border Area.” After 16 training sessions, this concluding session was led by Anjeza Kelmendi, a professional with extensive experience in human resources development and managerial skills.

Throughout the entire training cycle, women entrepreneurs had the opportunity to develop their business ideas, become familiar with the challenges of entrepreneurship, and gain valuable knowledge in management, digital marketing, and the development of sustainable strategies.

The activity was implemented within the framework of the project “Women Microenterprise Development in the Cross-Border Area,” co-financed by the IPA CBC Montenegro–Albania Programme 2014–2020, under the fourth call for proposals, and implemented in partnership by the Municipality of Ulcinj, MOGUL, and CODE Partners.
