We had the pleasure of hosting his first visit to Shkodër and the ARKA Youth Center, with Ambassador Marco Alberti, accompanied by Deputy Ambassador Luigi Mattirolo and Honorary Consul Deputy Roland Dodani.
It was an inspiring meeting where we shared visions on empowering young people through culture, education, and innovation.
The long-standing collaboration between the ARKA Youth Center, Italian institutions, and organizations, through this visit, once again confirms the importance of the strong ties between our two countries.
