CODE Partners is a non-governmental organization based in Shkodra, Albania, dedicated to empowering youth and fostering cultural, social, and economic development. Since our founding in 2012, we have been at the forefront of youth engagement, equipping the next generation with the skills and resources needed to drive positive change.
At the heart of our efforts is ARKA Youth Centre, a dynamic hub that has been nurturing young minds since 2015. Through ARKA, we provide mentorship, training, and opportunities for leadership, helping youth become active contributors to their communities.
