The ARKA Youth Council is an initiative of the ARKA Youth Center since 2018 which brings together yearly approx. 50 active and dynamic Shkodra Youth, who give their input in the society through activism, participation in the sociopolitical dialogue, community services and effective advocacy.
Arka Youth Council meet once a week. The members engage in the clubs led by the board. They also have implemented different activities as the social engagement to the Orphanage 6 -16 years old celebrating birthdays, elders from elder’s house birthday’s celebration, revitalisation of public spaces, social coffee organisation related social topics, youth talks and debates, be a man club ect.
