As part of the Youth Leadership Academy, the next session was held with Roland Dodani, focused on the topic:
🗣 “Building a Culture of Continuous Learning.”
During this session, young participants had the opportunity to discuss the importance of personal and professional development through continuous learning, as a key element for effective leadership and successful entrepreneurship.
The activity was implemented within the framework of the “NextGen Leaders” project, funded by The Nando and Elsa Peretti Foundation, and carried out by ARKA Youth Centre in partnership with CODE Partners, with the support of institutional partners.
